He completed his early education from Saraswati Shishu Mandir and Government School of Lalitpur. After that, he went to Kota Rajasthan for the preparation of the engineering exam as he was interested in engineering since childhood. He enrolled himself at IIT-BHU from where he completed his graduate course in civil engineering.
During his graduation, he decided to clear the UPSC exam, and for preparation for the civil service entrance, he went to Delhi, India. He cleared the civil service exam in the second attempt and became the SP of Patna Central.
